Medicare – Medicare only covers spinal manipulation, it does NOT cover the New Patient Exam or X-Ray (If needed) charges, these services would be on a cash basis.

All other insurances would be considered out of network and will be considered as a cash service. We do not bill out of network insurances. If your policy covers out of network charges, we can provide you with a super bill to send into your insurance company.

 

We offer laser therapy with a Summus Class IV Laser! State of the art technology for non-invasive healing! Please ask our laser technician or any of our Doctors for more information on this cutting edge treatment option.

Our laser treatments cannot be billed to insurance. If you do buy a package of lasers, they do not expire and other family members may use them as well.

 

Our office policy is that your payment is due at time of service.
